Our Story
Austin Geraci founded WorldTech IT in 2012 to build the kind of technology partner he could never find as an enterprise engineer.
He’d been on the customer side of enough projects to identify the broken model: you buy sophisticated technology, and the people who actually understand it sit three or four layers away behind a support queue, a project manager, or a sales rep. By the time your question reaches them, you’ve already made the critical decision without them or worse, experienced downtime.
WorldTech IT was built to close that gap. Deep expertise in the technology we sell and implement, available early and often, not on escalation.
